Our parts processing lab, located in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin is at your service to provide these benefits.
Our technicians have both an intimate knowledge of our product capabilities and extensive testing experience in process recommendations. These hands-on problem solving specialists will work with you to improve your process without disrupting your day-to-day production requirements. Our lab is fully stocked with not only the largest selection of media compositions, sizes and shapes, but is also equipped with a large cross section of vibratory finishing machines which allow us to duplicate finishing conditions in our customers' plants. Compounds used in any testing can be those currently being used in your specific application or will be recommended by our lab technicians.
Working closely with a manufacturer such as Washington Mills to achieve better productivity and improved parts surface requirements is the most economical approach to improving your vibratory finishing processes. By working closely with our customers it provides us the opportunity to recognize requirements for new products and to further develop formulations designed for the ever-changing needs of the mass finishing industry.
