DURAMEDIA® FB85Off WhiteDURAMEDIA® FB is a porcelain based media which is an extremely hard and long-wearing media and is recommended for brightening, burnishing and polishing.
DURAMEDIA® 1085 IvoryDURAMEDIA® 10 is an extremely hard abrasive-free media used for burnishing, polishing, light deburring and driving loose abrasives. It is a proven media choice for use in chemically accelerated processes where a lower density media is required.
DURAMEDIA® 120120 Brown DURAMEDIA® 120 is an extremely dense and durable ceramic media offering exceptional wear resistance. Excellent for use in chemically accelerated processes and high-energy mass finishing applications. Its fine crystalline structure yields superior body strength and fracture resistance. Applications include light burr removal, driving loose abrasives, final surface finishing and burnishing.
DURALUM® XM 140Olive/Dark Brown DURALUM® XM is a 'coloring' abrasive. It is a sintered ceramic tumbling nugget with exceptional properties. Its hardness, toughness and extremely fine crystalline structure make it one of the best products available for developing a lustrous, high-color burnish on all types of ferrous metals, brass and aluminum. Principally used in mass finishing burnishing applications, DURALUM® XM can also be used for light burr removal, radius formation, and is an effective driver for loose abrasives in cut and color operations. XM's hardness, toughness and find crystalline structure make it one of the best products available for developing a lustrous, high-color burnish on all types of ferrous metals, brass and aluminum. XM is an excellent substitute for steel media applications. Click here to view DURALUM® stock size chart.
DURAMEDIA® 140140Olive/Dark Brown DURAMEDIA® 140 is the preformed version of our DURALUM® XM product. Extruded to sizes and shapes which address applications where these advantages are critical to minimize lodging. It has the exact finishing characteristics that XM is known to provide.

DURAMEDIA® C 90 Blue DURAMEDIA® C Contains a coarser-grained aluminum oxide abrasive. Its rate of metal cut compared to media wear makes it a very efficient media. DURAMEDIA® C cut and finish characteristics have been the industry standard for years.
DURAMEDIA® ECH 90 Brown DURAMEDIA® ECH is a general purpose media. This formulation provides a high performance cutting action for deburring and metal removal by providing a specially formulated blend of aluminum oxide.
DURAMEDIA® 30 95 Light GrayDURAMEDIA® 30 although similar in performance to DURAMEDIA® ECH provides a much smoother surface finish by utilizing a finer grain aluminum oxide. The increased concentration of finer abrasive particles still allows for fast metal removal with medium wear.

DURAMEDIA® XC 90 Green DURAMEDIA® XC is the more aggressive version of our DURAMEDIA® C product formulation. With a higher concentration of coarse grain aluminum oxide, this unusually aggressive media gets to work right away in the removal of heavy burrs, flash or scale. XC "Green" has also been an industry standard for years known for its fast cutting capability.
DURAMEDIA® 40100TanDURAMEDIA® 40 is an extremely fast cutting media for rapid cut down on all ferrous products This media should be used for maximum metal removed in a minimal amount of time.
DURAMEDIA® WK / HE 100 TanDURAMEDIA®WK / HE are efficient, fast cutting medias. Both provide a fast cutting action similar to DURAMEDIA® 40 however there bonding formulations provide the media wear of DURAMEDIA® 20 / F utilizing a high concentration of aluminum oxide blends.
DURAMEDIA® H 110GrayDURAMEDIA® H is another tough, fast cutting, longer wearing, very efficient cutting media. It's high density and large grain aluminum oxide matrix make it a more aggressive media for quicker metal removal. DURAMEDIA® H would best be applied where short cycle time are required.
DURAMEDIA® 120C 125 Dark BrownDURAMEDIA® 120C combines the benefits of a high density media, blended with a prescribed concentration of abrasive to effectively and efficiently remove metal in applications where chemical accelerants are not used, while providing extended wear characteristics. The effects of increased weight/mass in combination with the abrasive will reduce your customers' cycle time and reduce media usage. The net result is overall process savings.
DURALUM® XA 145 Gray/BlackDURALUM® XA is the ideal tumbling nugget being dense, tough and free-cutting. A true micro-crystalline fused aluminum oxide abrasive, produced by a unique "chill cast" process, its solid structure, super-fine crystal size and carefully controlled chemistry (including titanium dioxide) make it strong and durable.
